What is the required length of stay?
Minimum stay is 3 to 7 nights depending on the destination and villa policy.

When is High Season and Low Season?
In the Mediterranean Low season is considered April May and October. High season is usually June to September. This may vary depending on the destination.

Where can I find details on check-in times, pets, etc.?
Usually standard check out time is 12.00 noon and check in time 15.00. Most of the times, if availability permits, the Villa owners are flexible with time.

How do I check availability?

What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
For most of the destinations the following standard policy applies: A 30% to 50% deposit is required within 3 days to hold a reservation. Reservations are not considered confirmed until the deposit and rental agreement form are received. A confirmation letter is sent to you upon receipt of the deposit. The balance of your payment is due 30-90 days prior to your arrival date. Also, please be sure to check on deposit and cancellation policies for your specific villa as payment and cancellation terms may vary.

How do I handle payments?
Payments can be done using our credit card secure transaction system or via bank transfer

Is there a security deposit?
Most of the villas require security deposit. The security deposit is mentioned in the policies and the contract of each villa

What type of pre-arrival instructions should I expect?
You will have a confirmation letter and booking form with all necessary information regarding your villa and the important contact numbers of the villa owner/manager and Edeliving representative. In some villas arrival transfers are included on the rates otherwise we could organize your arrival transfers at your own expense if requested.

Can you arrange a car rental for me during my stay?
We cooperate with the most reliable car rental providers on each location.
If you book a car rental through us, the prices are lower and most of the car rental companies we work with drive you to the villa complimentary.

Do I have to pay full rent if I book a home with more bedrooms than we need?
Usually the rate is per unit and does not depend on the number of the persons. Some villas nevertheless apply discounts if there are fewer people. Therefore please always send us a request on that case. This can also be seen online on our booking engine when you put the number of persons

Are there extra fees beyond the nightly or weekly rental costs?
On the booking terms of the villas is mentioned clearly what is included on the rate and if there are additional charges.

What currency can I pay in?
Payments are all in Euro (€)

Do I need travel insurance?
We strongly recommend that you cover your villa vacation from unexpected surprises or events with Travel Insurance.
This way you are covered in case of trip cancellation due to flights-transportation difficulties, injuries or health problems. This may also apply for many other unforeseen circumstances during your stay.
 



During Stay

How do I contact the owner?
On the booking confirmation you will be given all necessary information and contact numbers including the owner’s or Villa manager’s contact details.

What if there is a problem during my vacation?
You will have an emergency phone of the villa owner or villa manager and a 24 hours telephone help line of an Edeliving representative on the place of your villa vacation

What happens when I arrive at the property?
The representative of the villa will be waiting for you for the arrival process and orientation, he will show you around the villa, arrange the security deposit and provide you with information for the area and location or any other advice or travel information you may need.

Do all of your villas include staff personnel?
All our villas are serviced. The personnel & services included on the rate are described on the service description details of each villa. Should you require additional personnel or extra services it can be done upon request and extra charge

What If I need someone to organize a private boat tour, private jet/yacht charter, horseback riding, limousine service, private chef, birthday party, wedding event, or any kind of service that I require during my stay?
